Pioneer Elms
The crags, knots, and twists in the trunks of these trees reflect decades of growth and weather, inviting visitors to imagine the many years they have stood watch over this historic and sacred space.
These trees are more than part of the scenery. They represent the perseverance and vision of early settlers who planted them with hope for the future. Today, the Pioneer Elms remind visitors that faith, patience, and care can create beauty that endures across generations.
