Humanitarian Center Tour
Average Time Spent: 40-60 Min
Discover how job training and humanitarian service come together to bless lives around the world.
What to Expect
See how donated goods from Deseret Industries are sorted, recycled, and prepared for humanitarian use. You’ll also observe volunteers assembling quilts and humanitarian kits that are distributed in response to emergency needs.
As part of the tour, you’re invited to assemble a humanitarian kit yourself—offering a personal way to participate in the Savior’s teaching to “love thy neighbour as thyself” (Matthew 22:39). You’ll also learn about JustServe, an online platform that connects people with local service opportunities. Tours last approximately one hour.
