About
Currently closed for renovation. Opening winter 2026.
Fitly Framed Together celebrates the generations of individuals whose faith, sacrifice, and craftsmanship shaped the Salt Lake Temple. Through artifacts, photographs, and personal stories, the exhibit explores how architects, stonemasons, artists, craftspeople, worshippers, and Church members worked together over time to build, beautify, strengthen, and preserve this sacred house of the Lord.
Visitors can view original architectural drawings, historic building tools, furnishings from the early temple, and interactive experiences that bring the temple’s story to life. The exhibit also highlights how the temple has adapted over time to meet the changing needs of Church members. You’ll learn about major efforts to strengthen the building for future generations while honoring its pioneer heritage and sacred purpose.
The exhibit shows how ordinary people offered their means, talents, labor, and faith in Jesus Christ to create something lasting—an enduring place of worship meant to bless generations to come.
