A Chapel Tour: Worshipping Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ

Step into an actual chapel to learn about the role of Sunday worship in the lives of Latter-day Saints. Chapels serve as places where individuals, families, and communities come together to strengthen faith and worship our Heavenly Father and His Son, Jesus Christ.
On multimedia screens, Church members describe how they participate on Sundays through congregational singing, prayer, learning from one another, and studying the gospel of Jesus Christ.
The experience also explains the importance of the sacrament, the central focus of weekly worship. As members partake of bread and water, they remember Jesus Christ, reflect on His atoning sacrifice, and renew their commitment to follow Him. The sacrament provides spiritual renewal and strength for the week ahead.
Visitors can discover how Church members seek the Savior’s influence not only on Sunday, but every day of the week.

Located on the east side of the Salt Lake Temple, the Reflection Pool offers a calm place to pause. Its still surface mirrors the temple, inviting visitors to reflect on peace and steadiness found through Jesus Christ.
