Exhibit
From Above: Aboriginal Australian Art from the Bird Family
See gospel stories expressed through a vibrant display of aboriginal Australian artwork.
About
Using traditional Aboriginal styles and perspectives, the artworks present gospel stories in ways that may feel both unfamiliar and deeply meaningful. The pieces reflect how Aboriginal art often tells layered stories about land, belief, and spiritual connection. In this exhibit, those artistic traditions are used to share faith, testimony, and devotion to Jesus Christ.
The exhibit invites visitors to reflect on how the gospel is lived and shared across cultures. It offers an opportunity to appreciate the beauty of Indigenous artistic expression and to consider the many ways faith can be understood, communicated, and celebrated around the world.
