Christ in Gethsemane
In this holy setting, Jesus Christ took upon Himself the sins, pains, and sorrows of all humankind. His suffering was both physical and spiritual, willingly endured as part of God’s plan of salvation. Through this act, his suffering on the cross, and resurrection, He made forgiveness, healing, and eternal life possible for all.

Diese neu in Auftrag gegebenen Skulptur stellt Jesus Christus dar, der seinen Arm voller Kraft und Mitgefühl ausstreckt. Inspiriert von seiner Einladung, zu ihm zu kommen, wird auf der Skulptur seine Bereitschaft widergespiegelt, alle, die sich ihm zuwenden, anzunehmen, ihnen zu helfen und ihnen Frieden zu schenken.

Christus-Statue
Genießen Sie einen ruhigen, andächtigen Moment mit einer Nachbildung von Thorvaldsens Christus-Statue in einem Pavillon mit Blick auf den Salt-Lake-Tempel. Außerdem werden „lebendige Kunstwerke“ über das Leben des Erretters ausgestellt und alle 30 Minuten findet eine kurze Audiopräsentation statt. Die Statue befindet sich im westlichen Pavillon des Besucherzentrums.
